- Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association: Offers a vast array of resources, facts, and information about disordered eating.
- National Eating Disorders Association: They have an Online Screening, which you can take and it is VERY helpful.
- Project Heal: Help to Eat, Accept and Live. They provide grant funding for individuals with eating disorders who cannot afford treatment, promote healthy body image and self esteem, and serve as a testament that full recovery from an eating disorder is possible.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. You don’t have to suffer in silence anymore because recovery is possible and help is out there. You just need to know where to look for it 🙂
