It doesn’t matter whether it’s winter, spring, summer, or fall I am ALWAYS in the mood for ice-cream. At school the dining halls have Sunday sundae bars, which were hands down my fav day of the week. I would often end up replacing my meals for a sundae, which I now know was not a good idea, but at the time I was just happy to actually be enjoying what I was eating. Since then I no longer replace meals with ice-cream (and when I say ice-cream I mean frozen yogurt or soft serve…), but often enjoy it as an evening snack. Right now it is still really tough for me to actually admit that I like what I am eating, and to not feel guilty about it, so it’s always refreshing to have a bowl of ice-cream and be able to say that I loved how it tasted. Hopefully, soon, the overwhelming guilt I have when I eat most foods will disappear, and I will feel just as comfortable eating a larger variety of foods, as I do when I have an ice-cream sundae!
